This week’s party circuit kicked off with Monday’s lively, sheer-heavy CFDA Awards, and has hardly slowed down since. Fresh off the heels of her Beyoncé-attended Chime for Change fête, Frida Giannini hosted a cocktail party last night to celebrate the launch of Gucci Beauty (and its new face, Charlotte Casiraghi) at the Carlyle. Meanwhile, across the pond, Glamour celebrated its Women of the Year Awards with Alexa Chung, Naomi Campbell, Ryan Reynolds, and Helen Mirren — who, after receiving the Icon award, seems to have been the real life of the party.
Back in New York, Derek Blasberg and Shala Monroque threw a World Oceans Day party at the Mondrian, and Casey Neistat made an enthusiastic showing at JC de Castelbajac’s resort presentation. Click through the slideshow for all these parties and more.
