Justin Bieber has reached a plea deal in his Miami Beach drag-racing case (for those having trouble keeping Biebs’s antics straight, this is from the time he blockaded a Miami street so he could drag race his yellow Lamborghini while intoxicated). According to the Associated Press, the pint-sized singer will avoid DUI charges — and jail time — by pleading guilty to the lesser charges of misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence. He’s also agreed to make a $50,000 charitable donation and take an anger-management course. As for having a really cute mug shot? Still guilty as charged.
