The Clinton Foundation pulled some of its Hollywood strings and got Frank Underwood (aka Kevin Spacey) to do his Bill Clinton impression for Bill’s 68th birthday. In the video, Frank/Bill/Kevin calls Hillary at her rectangular office to ask about his birthday gift. She replies, “I told you, this is a very personal decision that I will make when I’m ready.†Clever! The will-she-or-won’t-she speculation continues! At the very least, Hillary has stepped up her pop-culture game since that rough-looking video spoof of The Sopranos’ final scene she released during her 2008 presidential bid.
