The VMAs definitely started off with a bang … bang. Ha! They wanted me to write that, didn’t they? We got Ariana Grande’s “Break Free,†Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda,†and the two of them (plus Jessie J, ha) on “Bang Bang.†Nicki’s dress didn’t quite work, but they cut the snake, so it’s all good.
