The Oscar nominations are here, and many of the Best Documentary Feature contenders are available to stream and purchase digitally from the comfort of your binge-viewing-friendly home. With a little more than a month before the Oscars ceremony, the clock is ticking, so here’s where to find this year’s best documentary features right now:

Virunga
Netflix’s original documentary about the contentious, forested depths of the African Congo and its coveted natural resources has earned director Orlando von Einsiedel 23 international film awards and premiered exclusively on the service.
Stream it at Netflix.

Finding Vivian Maier
With the help of riveting photos and interviews, John Maloof and Charlie Siskel’s thorough documentary puts one of the 20th century’s greatest — and, for a while, least-known and most mysterious — street photographers on the map.
Stream it at iTunes, Google Play, and Sony Entertainment.

Last Days in Vietnam
Through archival footage and stories, Rory Kennedy shows how the end of the Vietnam War catalyzed Americans and South Vietnamese citizens to save themselves amid chaos and myopic White House evacuation orders.
Stream it at iTunes.

The Salt of the Earth
Wim Wenders and Juliano Ribeiro Salgado’s doc takes viewers through the life and work of the Brazilian photojournalist Sebastião Salgado.
Stream it at Google Play.

Citizenfour
Laura Poitras’s film, which sheds light on Edward Snowden’s National Security Agency leaks and ensuing escape from the U.S., is still in theaters, but it will be coming to HBO GO on February 23.
