The 26 Best-Dressed People From NYFW, Day 5

Throughout fashion month, the Cut is ranking street-stylers on their outfits, crowning a winner of our Golden Peacock medal each time. Last year’s winner and Amazon Fashion’s NYFW Style Expert, Shiona Turini, will help us filter through all of the photos shot by Youngjun Koo to pick out the best-dressed of the bunch. Agree? Given NYFW’s current state of arctic freeze, we wouldn’t blame the street-stylers for huddling up in giant walking sleeping bags instead of wearing their peacocking finest (some of us certainly did). Well, they surprised us and churned out some amazing outfits again. Like yesterday, it all boiled down to the best outerwear game as everyone whipped out new coats. Fur (both real and faux) continued to be the big draw, with the likes of Rachael Wang, Hanneli Mustaparta, and Eva Chen all bundled up in their fuzzy best. Speaking of Hanneli, she also threw down and showed up in multiple outfits today, even if one seemed to reveal a bit too much skin for the weather. And lastly, Danielle Prescod managed to one-up her last prop (her sister) and made the rounds with Sia’s favorite dancer Maddie Ziegler.
