Kenneth Branagh’s live-action Cinderella dazzled at the box office, bringing in $70 million in its debut weekend. The movie crushed yet another action flick in which Liam Neeson plays a hit man, Run All Night, which brought in a sad $11 million. Otherwise, Kingsman: The Secret Service has proven to have solid legs, coming in third in its fifth week of release with $6.2 million. Chappie, last week’s box-office winner dropped to fifth with $5.8 million. Maybe modern-day Cinderella won’t need a prince when she’s got all this cash.
