The Show Won’t Go On: Dave Grohl’s Broken Leg Can No Longer Headline Glastonbury

Get well soon!

Dave Grohl might’ve put on a brave face last weekend in Sweden, after he broke his leg mid-performance and still carried on with the show with a bandaged leg. Unfortunately for Foo Fighters fans, that was just a one-time thing. The band announced on Tuesday that they’ve been forced to cancel the remainder of their European tour, including their headlining gig at Glastonbury Festival next weekend. Dave Grohl underwent surgery on his leg on Monday, and according to a press release, his recovery time is still to be determined. Glastonbury has yet to announce their replacement. And while plenty of fans are surely disappointed, we bet no one is more upset than Kanye about losing his biggest (and maybe only) Glastonbury supporter.
