Archie Comics is headed to Broadway with some help from Adam McKay and Funny or Die. Variety reports that McKay is currently working on a book for an Archie Broadway musical, but details on the show are slim aside from McKay calling it “bright, colorful and slightly demented.†He’s not attached to direct yet, and the songwriter for the stage show has not yet been revealed. Funny or Die will serve as a presenting partner for the production.
