One of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s projects might be headed to Hulu. According to Deadline, the streaming network has given a pilot order to a half-hour comedy executive produced by Rogen and Goldberg called Future Man. Written by Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir, the series follows “a janitor by day, world-ranked gamer by night, who is tasked with preventing the extinction of humans after mysterious visitors from the future proclaim him the key to defeating the imminent super-race invasion.†Hunter and Shaffir have worked as writers and producers on Rogen and Goldberg’s other projects like This Is the End and the upcoming animated film Sausage Party.
