Deadline reports that a reboot of The Rocky Horror Picture Show will air on Fox in fall 2016, celebrating the film’s 40th anniversary. Laverne Cox is set to star as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the role portrayed by Tim Curry in the film. Coming off the heels of the original film’s cast reuniting, this is fantastic news for Rocky Horror fans who want Fox to make amends for “The Rocky Horror Glee Show.â€
Cox tweeted that she’s excited to be a part of the “Rocky Horror legacy,†and who wouldn’t be?
