Here’s a clip from last night’s ceremony for the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor honoring Eddie Murphy, who, despite refusing to impersonate Bill Cosby at SNL’s 40th anniversary special because “there’s nothing funny about it,†decided to spend most of his acceptance speech by doing just that. Murphy’s acceptance speech starts around the 2:20 mark; the video also features some short clips from some of the other comedians in attendance last night like Tracy Morgan, Kathy Griffin, J.B. Smoove, and Trevor Noah.
