Remember when Hannibal Buress had a pilot in the works at Comedy Central last year and tried to The Secret his way to getting a series order? The network might have passed on Unemployable, but today Buress posted a link to the full pilot on Twitter so we can all get a glimpse into the Hannibal Buress show that might’ve been. The pilot was filmed in New Orleans, where Buress tries out jobs as a goat farmer and diner cook, and the show’s a fun mix of Buress reluctantly attempting jobs, getting distracted by his inner thoughts, and translating the experience into standup at the Knitting Factory. It’s too bad Comedy Central passed on this, because the previews for episode 2 where Buress attempts to coach a kids’ basketball team look very promising.
