Halle Berry might return to the super-spy game, as THR reports the actress is looking at a recurring Kingsman role. The next installment of Matthew Vaughn’s beautifully deranged gadget-porn franchise will move overseas for Stateside drama, with Vaughn back to direct and split writing duties with Jane Goldman. If Berry’s two-picture deal with Fox goes through, she’ll start by playing a CIA honcho opposite the heroic Taron Egerton and the potentially villainous Julianne Moore. Other script details are unavailable, but if Berry’s character doesn’t also get her own umbrella gun, hopefully the badass formerly known as Jinx Johnson will still get a cool book that turns into a sword or something.
