Norwegian actor Kristofer Hivju, who is best known for his turn as Tormund Giantsbane on Game of Thrones and for being an inspiration to lumbersexuals everywhere, is joining the cast of Fast 8. Hivju will play a henchman to the film’s villain, who could be played by Charlize Theron (discussions with her are apparently still ongoing). Theron or not, Hivju will bring his A-plus grooming game to Fast 8, which might not win Best Picture, but will surely win any competition for Best Beard — unless Universal commits a crime against humanity and makes Hivju shave. Shudder at the thought.
