Comedians Aparna Nancherla and Jo Firestone have teamed up for a new Refinery29 web series called Womanhood, and the first episode premiered today. Nancherla and Firestone kick things off with some puberty basics for all those budding young women out there, and they provide plenty of helpful tips like how to put in a tampon, walk around with a pad, and put on a bra.
