In it, the band plays a concert while a teenager fantasizes about being a hooligan — unsafe butt-skateboarding, swimming fully clothed in other people’s pools without permission, making out in the middle of a Blink-182 concert while everyone’s just trying to mosh — you know, the kind of stuff you wanted to do while listening to Blink-182 while you hung around in your mom’s basement.
