SNL’s Weekend Update is returning for two special segments covering the Republican and Democratic conventions, but not on the channel you might expect. According to Entertainment Weekly, Michael Che and Colin Jost will host special editions of Weekend Update on MSNBC. Their RNC edition will air tomorrow night at midnight, and the DNC edition will air the same time next Wednesday, July 27th. In addition to their appearances on MSNBC, Jost and Che will show up as correspondents on NBC’s Today on the same dates.
