Dancing With the Stars has really outdone itself. For its 23rd season, ABC has announced a cast that complements the surreal year we’re having. As previously reported, human golden retriever Ryan Lochte will compete on the show, and he’ll be joined by a fine mix of former presidential candidates, athletes, B-list celebrities, and onetime B-list celebrities. There’s retired Texas governor Rick Perry, Muva herself Amber Rose, former Detroit Lions player Calvin Johnson, Indy race-car driver James Hinchcliffe, the Brady Bunch’s Maureen McCormick, actress Marilu Henner, Kenneth “Babyface†Edmonds, actor Jake T. Austin, Terra Jolé from Little Women: LA, country music singer Jana Kramer, and rapper Vanilla Ice. But of course, the one to beat is Laurie Hernandez, who is currently famous, can do flips, and winks like a goddamn winner. Dancing With the Stars premieres September 12. Let the fall TV games begin!
