AMC is dining and dashing on its freshman crime drama Feed the Beast. Following a ten-episode first season, the network has decided to cancel the series. The show — which was headlined by David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess — followed two troubled friends as they struggled to open their dream Greek restaurant in the Bronx. It now joins Rubicon and Low Winter Sun as AMC original dramas that didn’t make it to a second season. “Unfortunately, the show simply didn’t achieve the results needed to move forward with a second season,†the network said in a statement. We guess you can say it didn’t … feed the ratings.
