Per The Hollywood Reporter, Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling are in talks to play members of the magical trio of Mesdames in Ava DuVernay’s adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s A Wrinkle in Time. Witherspoon would play the grandmotherly Mrs. Whatsit, while Kaling is in talks to play Mrs. Who, who speaks only in quotations. Oprah is already on board to play Mrs. Which, the most powerful and mysterious of the three. Now, which child actors are going to be lucky enough to spend time with these three on set?
