Forbes has released its annual ranking for the world’s highest-paid women in television, and at this point, Sofia Vergara should seriously think about renaming herself “The Indisputable Queen of Television.†Vergara has topped the list for the fifth (!) year in a row for her role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on ABC’s Modern Family, where her salary brought in — in addition to endorsement and licensing deals — a staggering $43 million. That’s about $20 million more than Kaley Cuoco’s second-place position for her portrayal of Penny on CBS’s Big Bang Theory. (Cuoco and Vergara tied for the top spot last year.)
