Fox just put a new comedy series into development. According to Deadline, the network has given a script commitment to a single-cam buddy comedy called 93 Til Infinity, which centers on “a prolific (black) rapper from the ‘90s, struggling in present day to figure out the next chapter of his life, who reconnects with his (white) best friend from middle school, struggling with family and real responsibilities, equally desperate for a midlife reboot.†The script was written by How to Make It in America creator Ian Edelman, who will co-executive produce with Common and Hamilton director Thomas Kail.
