Get used to Eddie Redmayne’s shocked wizarding face, because you’re going to see 66 percent more of it than you expected. At a fan event today, J.K. Rowling announced that she has come up with the plot for five Fantastic Beasts films, which is two more than previously announced. The first film is set in 1920s New York and comes out November 18. David Yates also revealed the next installment in the pentalogy (or quintet, or whatever you call it; between this and Avatar, we really need to get our nomenclature down) will include more about the infamous Grindelwald and will take place in “another big capital city,†but didn’t say which one — to be clear, New York is a magical capital, even if it isn’t one in real life. Hey, five movies, five continents. Maybe Eddie Redmayne will tour the world!
