David Lynch hosted the first part of his Festival of Disruption on Saturday in Los Angeles, and naturally, all the Twin Peaks fans of the world gathered in awe. According to Pitchfork, the festival included a screening of The Elephant Man, talks from Mel Brooks and John Malkovich, and a musical performance from St. Vincent. During her set, she played a stripped-down version of “Cruel,†“I Prefer Your Love†with a trio of dancers, and an acoustic version of a new song she played earlier this year.
