Emma Stone will return to Saturday Night Live to host for a third time on December 3, just ahead of the December 9 release of the upcoming La La Land. Award-season rumors are already swirling around the Damien Chazelle–directed musical, which co-stars Ryan Gosling and Stone herself, so hey, it can’t hurt to remind everyone that Stone is a consummate triple threat. Shawn Mendes is scheduled to be the musical guest and maybe he’ll get an Oscar someday, too. We just can’t know these things.
