Now here’s a first look of an upcoming film that actually tells us something. (What a treat!) Gary Oldman — a noted master of disguise when it comes to his roles — will be starring in Joe Wright’s World War II biopic Darkest Hour as Winston Churchill, and he astoundingly transformed into the role of the former British prime minister. Seriously, would you know it’s actually Oldman with Churchill’s signature bow tie and lit cigar if you didn’t read this headline? Maybe him and John Lithgow can have a Churchill-off sometime.
