When Chance the Rapper stopped by BBC Radio 1Xtra on Monday he didn’t just stick to his usual playlist. During the appearance he, with the help of the Social Experiment, performed a slowed-down, emotional, and slightly improvised version of Drake’s “Feel No Ways.†During his rendition of the Views song, Change ad-libbed, “I’m messing up all of Drake’s words — on purpose,†and, later, “I’m not a singer, but BBC got me up very early in the morning.†He also performed “All We Got,†which, in the Coloring Book recorded version features a guest spot from Kanye West. Chance addressed Kanye’s hospitalization mid-song, “I want to extend a very special prayer to my big brother, Kanye West. I know there’s a lot of weird folks out there, but you already know that I’m a hundred grand.†Adding, “Happy Thanksgiving.†Watch the video of “Feel No Ways†above, and “All We Got†below.Â
