Arrested Development is officially returning for season 5. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the streaming network confirmed today that a fifth season of Arrested Development is in the works, and the entire cast – Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Jeffrey Tambor, Jessica Walter, Will Arnett, Tony Hale, Portia de Rossi, David Cross, and Alia Shawkat – has signed on to return. The new batch of episodes will debut sometime in 2018. The news comes just two days after Jason Bateman teased on Twitter that he had officially signed on for the new season.
