Bill Burr was a guest on last night’s Jim Jefferies Show, and in case you missed it, Comedy Central uploaded an extended and uncensored version of Burr’s chat with Jefferies online. In the nearly 20-minute conversation, the two talk about fatherhood and why they think technology, the internet, and particularly social media are terrible for society. “I think social media was a good experiment, but it just doesn’t work,†Burr says. “And I don’t think people should be allowed to make comments anymore. I think we need a little more China in our internet.†Burr also tells Jefferies that his political leanings change depending on the situation: “I’m a big believer in helping people that need help, but I’m also a big believer in, at some point, you gotta quit your whining, cause nobody gives a fuck about you or your dream, okay? It’s up to you to care about it, so at the end of the day, you gotta make shit happen.†Watch the full interview above.
