Luke Perry was hospitalized after suffering a stroke on Wednesday morning, according to TMZ. The actor, who currently plays Archie’s father on Riverdale, was taken to a Los Angeles hospital after the police were called to his home in Sherman Oaks. According to Perry’s representative, he is currently under observation at a hospital. Coincidentally, yesterday, Fox announced plans for a meta-revival of Beverly Hills, 90210, the teen drama that initially made Perry famous, where the original cast members would play themselves trying to pull together a 90210 revival. Perry had not yet signed on to appear in the new series, likely because of his commitments to Riverdale.
