Things are apparently going pretty well for Desus Nice and The Kid Mero over at Showtime, because the network has decided to double up on Desus & Mero episodes this summer. Showtime announced today that instead of airing one new episode every Thursday night, starting next Monday, May 6, the show will air two new episodes every week — one on Monday and one on Thursday, both at 11 p.m. The new schedule will run all summer until Desus & Mero goes on hiatus beginning Monday, August 5. This should give The Kid Mero plenty of time to figure out who will be the target of his next Twitter dragging — and in case you were wondering, yes, he did write a naughty joke about all this news that was sadly cut from the latest promo.
