Just think, a little less than ten years ago there were fewer women writing for late night than sat on the Supreme Court. Today, Seth Meyers is doing his ‘Jokes Seth Can’t Tell’ segment with three whole women who write for his show (there’s a special appearance from newest edition Karen Chee.) The difference? We finally get a joke about how it’s basically impossible to take a tampon out of your bag quietly, because their wrappers are pretty much made of noise. This is progress, ladies.
