Phil will continue to be fed. Netflix celebrated and renewed its food programming today at an event hosted by Queer Eyeâs cook(?) Antoni Porowski. According to Deadline, Netflix used the FYSEE Food Day to announce new episodes of Chefâs Table and Somebody Feed Phil, hosted by Everybody Loveâs Raymond EP Phil Rosenthal. Chefâs Table and Somebody Feed Phil will both return with two new seasons next year. Rosenthalâs show is his second food-related show, after his PBS series, Iâll Have What Philâs Having.
The streaming service also announced a new show, The Chef Show, co-hosted by Chef Roy Choi and Jon Favreau. Favreau and Choi worked together previously on Chef, Favreauâs food-truck film for which Kogi BBQ Food Truck owner Choi served as a consultant. Choiâs Kogi truck was featured on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Ugly Delicious, and the aforementioned Iâll Have What Philâs Having.
