“They wanted a lot more soft-core pornography, ‘cause that’s usually what they run at 11,” jokes Desus Nice in the Vulture Emmy Studio. “And we were like, ‘We don’t really feel comfortable just showing nipples all the time like that?’” Generally speaking, Showtime gave them all the resources they needed for their newest incarnation of Desus & Mero to take off.
