Joe Pera announced on Twitter that his show, Joe Pera Talks With You, will return for a second season on Adult Swim. The show follows Pera as he monologues on various random topics with both soothing calm and genuine interest, and, like Mike O’Brien told Vulture back in March, it is unlike anything else on television right now. The show also stars Jo Firestone and Conner O’Malley, and was named one of Vulture’s best comedies of 2018, which, in this era of Peak TV, is no small feat. An exact release date has not been announced, but Pera noted on Twitter that the new season will be released during the holidays. In the meantime, you can always stream the entire first season for free.
