A week and change after Justin Bieber dropped his most recent album, Justice is officially the singer’s eighth No. 1 album, earning 154,000 equivalent album units in the United States, and reaching the top of the Billboard 200 with a little help from the album’s deluxe version, which arrived a week later, on Friday, March 26. Justice (Triple Chucks Deluxe), as it’s titled, delivered fans six new songs, including collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert, DaBaby, Quavo, Tori Kelly, and Jaden Smith, bringing the album’s track list up to a whopping 22 songs. That’s a significant amount of justice.
Bieber is reportedly the youngest solo artist with eight No. 1 albums, besting Elvis Presley once again, after snagging the title of youngest solo artist with seven No. 1 albums from the “Hound Dog†singer. While Justice is Bieber’s sixth studio album, he also hit No. 1 with 2013’s Believe: Acoustic, which arrived seven months after 2012’s Believe, and Never Say Never: The Remixes in 2011.
The arrival of Justice knocked Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album out of the top Billboard album slot to No. 3 on the chart, after it spent ten weeks at No. 1, despite Wallen being suspended by his label after he was heard saying the N-word in a leaked video.
