Opinions of jobs
People have different opinions about their jobs, so you may be asked the following question:
Wie findest du die Arbeit?– What do you think of the work?
A good way to answer this question is to use A word used to describe a person or thing. and A word that adds intensity to another adjective, adverb or verb, eg 'very'. Intensifiers often have little meaning when used on their own., eg
Ich finde die Arbeit... – I think the work is...
- ...sehr interessant – ...very interesting
- ...ziemlich nützlich – ...quite useful
- ...wirklich gut – ...really good
- ...ein bisschen langweilig – ...a bit boring
- ...etwas eintönig – ...somewhat monotonous
- ...manchmal stressig – ...sometimes stressful
- ...oft hektisch – ...often hectic
- ...anstrengend – ...demanding
Examples in use
To make an answer even better, give a reason for this opinion, by linking it with a word like weil (because). Remember weil sends the verb to the end of the clause or sentence.
Ich finde die Arbeit sehr interessant... – I find the work very interesting...
- ...weil die Kollegen sehr nett sind – ...because my colleagues are very nice
- ...weil ich gern Leuten helfe – ...beacause I like helping people

The abbreviation GmbH – pronounced 'gay-em-bay-hah' – stands for Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung - 'company with limited liability'. These letters are written after the name of certain companies from the German-speaking countries, similar to 'Ltd' or 'PLC' in the English-speaking countries.
GmbH written after the name of a company indicates that it is private, rather than one which is publicly traded. The owners of GmbH companies are not personally liable for the company's debts.
