For this week’s Don’t Dillydally, we’ve rounded up a range of newly released products we’re particularly excited about, including a limited-edition drop of our favorite water bottle, handcrafted light shades and rugs, and a teen-favorite moisturizer.
Fragrance by Sabrina in Me Espresso
A surprise to absolutely nobody: Sabrina Carpenter’s newest fragrance is espresso-scented. In addition to coffee beans, the eau de parfum has notes of jasmine, orchid, and caramel drizzle to match the sweetness of the other scents in Carpenter’s signature line. A couple crucial differences, though: This fragrance is limited-edition, and quantity is limited to two per customer.
Strategist-favorite water-bottle brand Owala has launched three new exclusive designs with Urban Outfitters. With ribbon, horseshoe, and mushroom motifs, they feel particularly Zeitgeisty — and giftable. They also come with all the usual Owala bells and whistles (an easy-clean straw and leakproof lid).
Tecovas always grace our lists of the best cowboy boots. Should you be a more vocational cowboy, it’s just released a workwear line. It includes both yeehaw and more regular-looking styles, each featuring a composite safety toe, slip-resistant soles, rubber outsoles, and waterproof properties.
Tulip’s newest collection of light-shade brands is in partnership with popular West Village alterations shop Eva Joan Repair. The 30 entirely unique, handcrafted designs “speak to the art and beauty of vintage materials, hand techniques, and thoughtful design,” says Tulip. They launch later today.
On the Strategist Slack channel, we’re still not entirely sure who Pleasing is for (“rich millennials who loved 1D as teens and are also very into fashion?” wonders Strategist writer Katherine Gillespie). I’ll admit that this collaboration with JW Anderson is one of the brand’s better ones, though. Available are mesh tops, (overpriced) crewnecks, and four metallic shades of the nail polish the Harry Styles–owned brand was founded upon.
Speaking of teens, a new Glow Recipe moisturizer has landed. Although it’s antioxidant-rich, the brand says that the formula itself is lightweight, meaning it shouldn’t clog pores (making it suitable for all skin types other than oily). As the bright-orange shade of the tub suggests, it also contains vitamin C. It’s also refillable.
Some nice ’70s patterns in this new Revival Rugs collection. The vintage-inspired grid design is available in three shades — and the brand is offering a buy one, get one half-price deal until Christmas Day, with the code RUGBOGO50.
The Strategist is designed to surface useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Every product is independently selected by our team of editors, whom you can read about here. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
