The cancellation of Party Down was extremely disappointing, cutting short the life of one of the most promising new comedies of the last few years. But hey, here’s a nice consolation prize: show creator Rob Thomas is working on Little in Common for Fox, a show “about three families whose lives have become intertwined through youth sports.â€
This is in addition to the previously announced Temp, which Thomas and fellow Party Down co-creators John Enbom and Dan Etheridge are writing for NBC. So hopefully at least one of those shows will make it through the gauntlet to make it to air.
