Reports are coming in that NBC Today show anchor Matt Lauer is planning to leave his position at the end of his contract. Don’t get too teared up just yet: Lauer still has another year and eight months to wile away. Lauer’s co-host Meredith Vieira is expected to leave as early as September of this year. Which means if Lauer leaves, of the three current hosts, only Al Roker will be left. Not Al Roker! [LAT]
