Mulligan’s first post-Gatsby project will be the Coen Brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis, the story of a sixties folk singer trying to make it on the Greenwich Village music scene. Carey will star opposite her Drive co-star Oscar Isaac, though whether she’ll be required to sing is still unclear. (If so, she has, or used to have, a pretty knowledgeable vocal coach on hand.) Anyway, mini-Drive reunion! This is excellent news. [Variety]
