Even though Dan Harmon hasn’t officially signed on to be the showrunner of Community next season, he’s got another iron in the fire: He has co-created a 30-minute animated series for Adult Swim called Rick & Morty, about a brilliant inventor grandfather and his dopey grandson and their capers. Adult Swim has a bunch of other shows planned as well, including an untitled animated Harold & Kumar project; a show about an “eccentric southern fried chicken magnate†tentatively called Colonel Wallace; and one called Rolling With Dad, about a disabled dad and his much dumber family from Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter writer Seth Grahame-Smith.
