Jimmy Kimmel is hosting his show from Brooklyn this week - at least he was supposed to be. Last night’s taping was canceled due to Hurricane Sandy, but Kimmel and Company are pressing ahead tonight in spite of the rough weather. Kimmel tweeted that the show is still on “unless something weird happens.†Guests Howard Stern and Tracy Morgan are lined up, along with a musical performance from Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings. Kimmel will be doing his show from the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and guest David Letterman, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and Barbara Walters are lined up for later in the week. No word yet on whether Kimmel’s using an audience or playing to an empty room like Fallon and Letterman last night.
Elsewhere in late night, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have each canceled their tapings for tonight after doing the same last night. No word yet on whether Fallon and Letterman will be doing the no-audience thing again today.
