Sam Mendes and his triple Oscar-nominated Skyfall co-screenwriter John Logan (Gladiator, Hugo, the next two Bond films) are teaming up again for their first run at a TV series. The two are creating an 1800s vampire-hunter drama written by Logan and with Mendes attached to produce and potentially direct. The show, aimed at premium cable, is set in London and features Van Helsing and Dr. Frankenstein. Never mind that Tom Cruise has a Van Helsing movie happening — this could be awesome.
