Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky’s ABC comedy pilot Pulling has cast Mandy Moore as one of its three leads. Based on a British series, the single-camera show centers on a trio of “dysfunctional women in their 30s living their lives the way they want, even if society tells them they should have it all figured out by this point.†Moore has been involved in a couple unsuccessful pilots; we’ll see if this role — “optimistic and desperate to snag a husband†— is the ticket.
