Considering the reboot of Vacation is focusing on the now grown-up son from the original, this was probably a foregone conclusion, but Variety reports that Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo will be reprising the roles of Clark and Ellen Griswold. Mama and Papa Griswold will be a stop on Rusty’s (Ed Helms) crazy, kooky road trip. No word yet on whether Randy Quaid or any of the girls who played Audrey Griswold would be returning. Also, there’s no word yet on the status of Walley World’s renovations.
