Jenna Fischer will follow her nine-year run on The Office with Neil LaBute’s Off-Broadway production Reasons to Be Happy. The play returns to the three characters from LaBute’s Tony-nominated Reasons to Be Pretty. Fischer is set for the role of Steph, originated by Alison Pill. The production will open June 11 at the MCC Lucille Lortel Theater, with previews beginning May 16 — the same night as The Office’s series finale. Drama!
