The first trailer for Michel Gondry’s Mood Indigo was very music-heavy and it was difficult to get a real sense of the story. The second trailer explains a lot more. The only problem is you have to understand French. For those who don’t, the film centers on a young inventor whose wife develops an illness that can only be treated by surrounding her with flowers. The film is set for an April 24 French release, with no U.S. date yet set. That’s frustrating, but at least that gives you plenty of time to learn French or practice reading subtitles.
