Tim Wilkinson, a volunteer for Trailfinders Australian Garden, was so excited when his team won two top prizes at the Chelsea Flower Show today that he stripped down to his striped boxer briefs and leaped into a nearby water feature. (His teammates, Wes Fleming and Phillip Johnson, cheered him on from the safety of dry land.) According to the Daily Mail, the Queen had visited their prize-winning garden just moments before, but “whether or not she was treated to the sight of the streaking man is currently unconfirmed.”
